Terms and Conditions ("Agreement")
This Agreement was last modified on July 25th, 2016.
This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and
conditions related to the use of the app mobysign app (App) on your
smartphone, eventually in support of any other device, and of mobysign
service in general. By using or accessing the App in any way you are
agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Intellectual Property
The App and all of its original content are the sole property of
mobysign limited and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate
international copyright, patents and other intellectual property rights
laws.
Termination
Any service integrated with mobysign reserves the right to
terminate your use, without any advance notice.
Links to Other Websites
Our App contains a number of links to other websites and online
resources that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control
over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or
general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services.
Therefore, we strongly advise you to read the entire terms and
conditions and privacy policy of any site that you visit as a result of
following a link that is posted on our site or App.
Use of mobysign
mobysign is an authentication layer capable of turning your
Smartphone into an easy to use and secure device to pay, login, make
dispositions and sign documents. mobysign can be integrated by service
providers and websites, where mobysign user will be able to confirm
such operations by the fingerprint (for smartphones with relevant
reader) or typing a PIN, chosen by the user during the registration
phase of the App. The PIN can be changed by the user whenever the user
wishes.
You may receive an Activation Code as the effect of an
identification of your identity by a provider (e.g. your bank) and you
shall be able to register on mobysign App using that Activation Code
and a username ("user") provided by the identity provider to use its
service. Terms and conditions of such mobysign service will be those
related to that service provider; please read it carefully. The person
using mobysign can be identified, after another identification, via
other specific mobysign user and other Activation Code for another
service provided by another service provided; also in this case the
user shall be able to register on such other service via mobysign App
using that Activation Code and a user. The person using mobysign can
have more Activation Codes and mobysign users. If the identification
made by a service provider requires the check of the phone number
related to the smartphone where mobysign is installed or is going to be
installed, such phone number shall be verified; in fact the App will
send a SMS automatically or under confirmation. In this case please
verify you have enough credit and the SMS service as active with your
mobile operator for sending a SMS.
During the first registration on the App the user has to choose
a nickname in order to be identified on those services where the
nickname can be used instead of the specific mobysign user of such
service.
During the first registration phase on the App the user can
choose to be identified also via a real or virtual phone number for
services where it is accepted, except that the case the registration
service provider requires to check the phone number that will be
mandatory; if the user chooses to use the phone number or it is
mandatory from the registration provider, the user has to update the
phone number via App functionality in case of change of such phone
number as soon as the change has been performed. If the user chooses to
be identified via virtual phone number, this will be displayed on the
smartphone; the user has to take note of this; note that in this case
if the user registers, after first registration, under a further
registration service requiring the real phone number check, the user
shall be identified via the real phone number, losing the virtual one,
if such registration is successful. The user can register one or more
credit/debit cards under his/her mobysign account; the user accepts
card data registered will be used under his/her confirmation to pay all
different merchants federated to mobysign network. Said confirmation
will be made via strong authentication through the mobile device where
the App is operating.
Any damage associated with the use of mobysign will not be
subject to any compensation.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the UK
and local laws.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service and
Privacy Policy at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention
to the updated terms on mobysign website (
www.mobysign.com).
Your decision to continue to make use of mobysign after such
changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Therefore, we ask that you check
and review this Agreement for such changes. Should you not agree to any
provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement,
we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to use mobysign
immediately and contact us. If you have any questions about this

Questo accordo è stato modificato l'ultima volta il 25 Luglio
2016.
Il presente accordo disciplina i termini e le condizioni
relative all'utilizzo del servizio mobysign in generale e della app
mobysign (App) sullo smartphone, utilizzabile da solo o in supporto di
qualsiasi altro dispositivo. Utilizzando in qualsiasi modalità la App o
accedendovi, l'utente accetta di essere vincolato a questi Termini e
Condizioni.
Proprietà Intellettuale
La App e tutti i suoi contenuti originali sono di proprietà
esclusiva di mobysign limited e sono, in quanto tali, completamente
protetti da appropriato diritto d'autore internazionale, da brevetti e
altre leggi sui diritti di proprietà intellettuale.
Termine
Qualsiasi servizio mobysign o integrato con mobysign si riserva
il diritto di sospendere l'utilizzo, senza alcun preavviso.
Link ad altri siti web
La nostra App contiene una serie di link ad altri siti web e
risorse online che non sono posseduti o controllati da noi. Non abbiamo
alcun controllo su di essi, e quindi non possiamo assumere
responsabilità per il contenuto o le procedure generali di uno
qualsiasi di questi siti e/o servizi di terzi. Pertanto, si consiglia
vivamente di leggere per intero le sezioni Termini e Condizioni e
Privacy Policy dei siti relativi ai link pubblicati sul nostro sito o
sulla App.
Uso di mobysign
mobysign è uno strato di autenticazione in grado di trasformare
il Suo smartphone in un dispositivo facile da usare e sicuro per
pagare, login, effettuare disposizioni e firmare documenti. mobysign
può essere integrato dai fornitori di servizi e siti web, dove l'utente
mobysign sarà in grado di confermare tali operazioni con l'impronta
digitale (per smartphone con relativo lettore compatibile) oppure
digitando un PIN, scelto dall'utente in fase di registrazione della
App. Il PIN può essere modificato dall'utente quando desidera.
è possibile ricevere un codice di attivazione come effetto di
una identificazione della propria identità da parte di un fornitore (ad
esempio, la Sua banca) e Lei sarà in grado di registrarsi su mobysign
App utilizzando tale codice di attivazione e un nome utente ("user")
forniti dal fornitore di identità per utilizzare il suo servizio. I
termini e condizioni di tale servizio mobysign saranno quelle relative
a tale fornitore di servizi; si prega di leggerli con attenzione. La
persona che utilizza mobysign può essere identificata, dopo un'altro
identificazione, tramite altro user mobysign specifico e altro codice
di attivazione per un altro servizio fornito da un altro servizio
fornito; anche in questo caso l'utente sarà in grado di registrarsi su
tale altro servizio via mobysign App utilizzando tale codice di
attivazione e user. La persona che utilizza mobysign può avere più
codici di attivazione e più user mobysign. Se l'identificazione fatta
da un fornitore di servizi richiede la verifica del numero di telefono
relativo allo smartphone su cui mobysign è installato o sta per essere
installato, il numero di telefono è verificato; infatti l'App invierà,
automaticamente o sotto conferma dell'utente, un SMS. In questo caso si
prega di verificare di avere sufficiente credito e il servizio attivo
con il Suo operatore di telefonia mobile per l'invio di un SMS.
Durante la prima registrazione su App l'utente deve scegliere un
nickname per poter essere identificato per la fruizione di quei servizi
dove il nickname può essere utilizzato al posto dello user mobysign
specifico di tale servizio.
Durante la prima fase di registrazione sulla App, l'utente può
scegliere di essere identificato anche attraverso un numero di telefono
reale o virtuale per i servizi in cui esso è accettato, salvo il caso
che il prestatore del servizio di registrazione richieda di controllare
il numero di telefono che sarà obbligatorio; se l'utente sceglie di
utilizzare il numero di telefono o il provider di registrazione lo
richiede espressamente, l'utente deve aggiornare il numero di telefono
tramite la funzionalità App in caso di variazione di tale numero di
telefono, non appena è stata effettuata la modifica. Se l'utente
sceglie di essere identificato tramite il numero di telefono virtuale,
questo sarà visualizzato sullo smartphone; l'utente deve prendere nota
di questo; in questo caso, se l'utente si registra dopo la prima
registrazione, presso un ulteriore servizio di registrazione che
richiede il numero di telefono reale, l'utente dovrà essere
identificato tramite il numero di telefono reale, perdendo quello
virtuale, se tale registrazione va a buon fine. L'utente può
registrare una o più carte di credito/debito sotto il proprio account;
l'utente accetta che i dati registrati delle carte saranno usati sotto
la sua propria conferma per pagare nel caso di un suo acquisto presso
tutti i differenti esercenti federati alla rete mobysign. Tale conferma
avverrà attraverso strong autentication attraverso il dispostivo
mobile su cui la App è operativa.
Eventuali danni connessi con l'utilizzo di mobysign non sono
soggetti ad alcun risarcimento.
Legge applicabile
Il presente accordo è regolato in conformità con le leggi UK e
locali.
Modifiche al presente Contratto
Ci riserviamo il diritto di modificare le presenti Termini e
Condizioni e Privacy Policy in qualsiasi momento. Lo facciamo
pubblicando e attirando l'attenzione sui termini aggiornati sul sito
mobysign (
www.mobysign.com).
La Sua decisione di continuare a fare uso di mobysign dopo che
tali modifiche sono state apportate implica l'accettazione formale dei
nuovi Termini e Condizioni e Privacy Policy. Pertanto, vi chiediamo di
leggere e controllare il presente accordo per essere a conoscenza di
eventuali modifiche. Se non condividi qualsiasi disposizione del
presente Contratto o eventuali modifiche intervenute nel presente
accordo, ti chiediamo e consigliamo immediatamente di non utilizzare o
